New self-serve capabilities allow for greater flexibility, control
June 30, 2016, Ann Arbor, Mich. —Online Tech announced today that it has made several upgrades to its client-facing portal, OTPortal®, to meet the on-demand computing needs of their enterprise clients. These upgrades enable those with virtual private clouds to make changes to their CPU, storage, and RAM for immediate access.
The upgrades aim to deliver a more seamless IT experience. Adding the flexibility of self-serve allows clients to more rapidly allocate additional resources as their workloads demand it. Clients will also still have the option to call or email Online Tech’s white-glove support team for any of these changes or if they need any assistance with the portal.
