Job Overview: The Senior Sales Engineer role is primarily responsible for developing technical solutions to meet our customer’s hosting requirements and kicking off the order deployment with the operations team. The job has the opportunity to expand into a broader set of sales responsibilities including managing the commercial aspects of our customer relationships and prospect development.
What We’re Looking For: An “A” player highly energetic sales engineer with excellent technical and people skills who wants to apply those skills within a sales team to help build a leader in the cloud hosting business. This is a full time exempt position working in our Ann Arbor office, reporting to the Director of Sales.

We have a great opportunity for an entry level Software Engineer. The individual will work with truly world-class software product developers/designers on top of world-class infrastructure (we’re in the business) for their development, testing, and production. Our customers and our entire company rely on OTPortal for critical systems management so our software developers get to see their code firsthand, providing significant value to us and our customers. Our software developers work with some of the latest network, hosting, and cloud systems available. It’s a special opportunity for a special individual.
What We’re Looking For: We seek a Software Engineer with 1-3 years of .Net experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a scrum environment with frequent release schedules and has a passion for developing high-quality code and clean architectures.
This position reports to the Director of Product Development and works on a team with a senior architect and a senior designer who will both provide an outstanding opportunity to learn. Our team has developed software products used around the globe and is looking forward to helping the next generation of software developers
Most of the software development is done in ASP.Net using Microsoft SQL Server. The application also integrates tightly with infrastructure such as firewalls, backup servers, private clouds and numerous other components.
There will be a need to interact with Online Tech staff to get requirements and input from other internal users. Experience with customer interaction is desired but not required.
