We have a great opportunity for a junior-entry level Software Engineer. The individual will work with truly world-class software product developers/designers on top of world-class infrastructure (we’re in the business) for their development, testing, and production.
Our customers and our entire company rely on OTPortal for critical systems management so our software developers get to see their code firsthand, providing significant value to us and our customers. Our software developers work with some of the latest network, hosting, and cloud systems available. It’s a special opportunity for a special individual.
What We’re Looking For: We seek a highly energetic “A” player who creates a win-win environment with technical, people, and analytical skills. Our ideal Software Engineer has 2-4 years of .Net experience, is comfortable working in a scrum environment with frequent release schedules, has a passion for developing high-quality code and clean architectures, and will fully engage by contributing great ideas and maintaining the highest standards of accountability and client focus.
This full-time, exempt (salaried) position reports to the Software Development Manager, and is part of our software development team, with outstanding opportunities to contribute and to learn. Our team has developed software products used around the globe and is looking forward to helping the next generation of software developers.
Most of the software development is done in ASP.Net using Microsoft SQL Server. The application also integrates tightly with infrastructure such as firewalls, backup servers, private clouds, and numerous other components.
There will be a need to interact with Online Tech staff to get requirements and input from other internal users. Experience with customer interaction is desired but not required.
We’re also hiring for Linux System Administrator and Windows System Administrator positions.
